Saying “Hi,” “Hello,” “Good morning,” etc. is the first
thing that everyone do for greeting. Whether you talk
as face to face or not, you can make new relationship with someone by using social
network such as Facebook, Line, Twitter or other. In addition, social networks
are new choices to connect with friends who live in other place, connecting
with co-workers or giving news around the world. Above all, we can use social
networks for entertaining, connecting with the others, posting interesting
status and sharing new experiences one another. In this section, we will talk
about gaining English experience for practicing some skill as speaking and
writing skills from chatting with foreigner. There are many topics that we chat
together such as greeting, planning time schedule and how about private
question.
I greet my friend his name called that
“Costa Pius.” I say “Hi” as first in the evening (sixteen to five) at Thailand,
but in the United Kingdom is around 10:41 a.m. I do homework and chat on
Facebook with him in the same time. He is studying, but I just finished class.
He asks me “What is your next plan for today?” I answer I will present about
pollution in class and send homework too. He usually prefers starting lesson in
the morning at nine. He likes to study in the morning than afternoon, because
fresh brain, good catching power and not at all. On weekend, he has to work
because it is his summer time. Moreover,
he always plans time schedule for every day before going to the bed, because
personally he is very discipline. He normally does priorities work fast than
others ‘task which is less important. He never misses his schedule if there is
anything happen emergency. I
ask him “do you have girl friend?” He answers me and asks me why I ask him like
that. I tell him I need to know foreign person is worry about this question or
not. He answers me people who live in the United Kingdom are not worry about
that.
